Symptoms

In IDCS for OAC, after Oracle HCM is configured as an IdP by following the steps specified in this Oracle document, it is not possible to successfully authenticate.

After Oracle HCM team loaded the metadata and a Single Sign-On (SSO) check resulted in successful authentication, this error message was displayed: There is a problem with your account. Please contact Support.
