For single employee Direct Deposit PPM was created effective 24th Dec 2019 without any Bank account Details. When trying to update the bank details to existing PPM or creating new PPM, unable to submit the page and getting below error:

"You must provide bank account details because the payment type for the selected organization payment method is EFT. (PAY-1636070).

 
Steps to reproduce
---------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. For single employee Direct Deposit PPM was created effective 24th Dec 2019 without any Bank account Details
2. Observe, when trying to update the bank details to existing PPM or creating new PPM, unable to submit the page and getting above error
