Error While Selecting Item From LOV When Creating Transactions with Multiple Lines (Doc ID 2673670.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Billing - Transactions

The customer try to create Credit Memo Manually from UI with Item details on the lines.
For the first line he is able to add the ITEM on the line, but when is searching the Item for the second line , he receive the following error:

ERROR

"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 240, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP."
