Symptoms

Customer is following the steps:
1. Naviagate to the contact page
2. Click on create contact button
3. Fill out mandatory field including the email field
4. Click on the 'all email ' field
5. Click Cancel without proving any new value for email - an error is thrown "Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records"
