ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Calculate seniority date process from 27.04.2020 is showing incorrect values for a particular person

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The process should calculate correctly seniority date value

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for an employee
2. Check the seniority date - notice the info message "seniority dates were last calculated on 27.04.2020"
3. Seniority date is 02.04.2029 instead of 13.01.2020
