Goal

During the hold notification workflow, on the 'Action' column in the 'Approval and Notifications History' - users noticed that information is not displaying for actions such as 'Information Requested', 'Acknowledged', 'Information Submitted'; instead of those outcomes, it displays an empty field.

Users say that display of such information would help them accomplish their tasks more rapidly and efficiently.
