SOFulRep Messages are in Failed State in USM When Allocation is Cancelled or Short Picked in Logfire WMS (Doc ID 2673783.1)

Symptoms

SOFulRep messages for RibToLogFireStockOrder_ServiceMappingOrchestration.smo mapper service are in failed state in USM (Universal Service Mapper).

Steps To Recreate:
1. Cancel a Allocation or short pick an allocation in Logfire WMS.
2. Check that the cancelled QTY is updated in RMS.
3. Check that a SOFulRep message is being sent again back to WMS from RMS for the same order which is failing in USM.
