Not able to load Personal Payment Method details for one employee via Payroll Batch Loader

JBO-56012: SQLException from preparing or executing sql statement with original Jbo error code JBO-26041. Please contact service provider on details.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Loaded the Worker file by using HDL.
2.  Attempt to load personal payment method details
3. Error encountered
