OCI - Ksplice Throwing Error And Failing To Upgrade. (Doc ID 2673828.1)

After following this process to upgrade ksplice on an instance;

The system fails with this particular error:

$ sudo uptrack-upgrade -v
Client invoked as: /sbin/uptrack-upgrade -v
dbus: Action: START
Verifying your access key is valid by requesting:
Getting package list and signature from
Verifying signature on /var/cache/uptrack/Linux/x86_64/4.14.35-1902.301.1.el7uek.x86_64/#2 SMP Tue Mar 31 16:50:32 PDT 2020/packages.yml...
