Goal
Implement Process Work Order to generate Yield Variance as per business requirement.
Work Definition (WD) used in Cost Rollup has o/p quantity = 0.9 [Expecting 0.1 or 10% Yield Variance].
However when tried different use cases, Yield Variance is getting mixed up with other variance as well.
Variance = O/P Cost – I/P cost coming correctly. However some part is going to non-Yield variance as well.
What is the exact meaning of :
- Yield Variance = (Actual reported quantity - Planned scaled quantity) * Standard cost of product
- What is the difference between Planned Quantity and Planned Scaled Quantity?
