Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If the end user has configured the data picker to show records in ascending order by code, when accessing the data picker the data isn't showing in the order as selected in uDesigner.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The sort order should be enforced and the values should be in the correct order.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In uDesigner, update the BP Picker Sort Order
2. Access the BP from within the application
3. Notice that values for the BP Picker values are not sorted correctly
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have to scroll through the screen to select the correct value.
