Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Control Project-Manage Project Forecast

Project Forecast approval Errors with Blank error message.

ERROR
Error popup with blank error message.




STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query any Project for which Forecast is submitted for approval -> Manage project forecast -> Open/view submitted forecast -> Approve

It results into an error popup with blank error message.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Approved submitted forecast version to finish succesfully without any error message pop-up.
