Symptoms

When attempting to access the Cloud environment, the following error is received:

Your Primavera Portal is not configured correctly.

File a Service Request to contact your system administrator.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Attempt to access the Cloud portal (ex. https://p6.oraclecloud.com/<Service Name>).
  2. Observe there is no prompt for username and password, only the reported error.
