Issue While Creating Call Reports On Mobile

Goal
On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, CX Mobile Application
While creating Call Reports on Mobile user is facing unusual behavior. It shows error in some cases:
Applying List binding LOV-For-<field name> with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of type :Activity.
However in following conditions user is not facing any issue:
1. Created directly from Call Reports
2. Changing value on Edit ( for already created Call reports )
3. Working for some countries ( no pattern found , completely random )
