Symptoms

The P45 process completes with the following error:

The HRX GB P45 PERSON RECORD record is not extracted because the required FIRST_NAME data element is missing


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a process or report
2. Select the P45 process
3. Process completes with an error
