"Alert: Error" When Attempting to Process a BP Record That Was Opened From the Home Tab (Doc ID 2674168.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier 19.12.1.4

When a user opens a Business Process (BP) record from the Task log in the Home tab, after pressing send the error below occurs. User is able to approve the record when it is opened directly from the BP log.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier
  2. Open a problem BP record from Home > Tasks
  3. Attempt to send the record for approval.
