Symptoms
After updating to 20B, users cannot select Source Organization in Create Supply Request UI for Transfer Orders.
20A Behavior
In Release 20A, Transfer orders were able to be initiated from the Manage Item Quantities UI, using Action "Request Transfer Order", when item setup had attributes 'Transfer Order Enabled' and 'Internally Transferable' set to "No" (Figure 1). The Create Supply Request UI would launch, and all details could be entered, including selecting a Source Organization.
Figure 1: Item settings showing attributes set to "No" and transfer orders were able to still be created in 20A.
20B Behavior
In 20B, when attempting to create a transfer order using Manage Item Quantities UI, if the item attributes 'Transfer Order Enabled' and 'Internally Transferable' set to "No", the Source Organization will not display any organizations (Figure 2), and the transfer order request is not able to complete. The item attributes in Manage Items, under Specifications > Sales and Order Management tab, for "Transfer Order Enabled" and "Internally Transferable", need both be set to "Yes".
