Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 20.2 version, Core Product Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CC adjustment not reflecting in Inventory History Screen with
module:rf.inbound.cwrfcyclecountlocn Cycle Cnt {locn}.

Before patch bundle 20B.5a this transaction was reflecting in Inventory History.

When executing the 'Cycle Cnt {locn}' RF transaction with deferred-approval-mode = Manual approval
in an EMPTY permanent active location, after approving the count in CC adjustment screen, inventory
history does not generate any activity.

- This only happens when we add inventory through the CC to a permanent active location that is EMPTY.
- When we reduce inventory from the active location with inventory, activity 19 is written.
- When we add inventory to the active location (already with inventory), activity 19 is wri.tten

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect inventory history activity to be be generated.

STEPS
-----------------------
Use module module:rf.inbound.cwrfcyclecountlocn   description: Cycle Cnt {locn}.
