Symptoms

When attempting to log in to the Enterprise Inventory Operations Cloud Service (EICS) web client, as a user who has not been assigned all the required groups, a blank screen appears.

1. Create a new user A
2. Assign the sim_admin_users group in IDCS
3. Login to the EICS web client
