Fusion Global HR: Not Able To Perform Hire Transactions On Responsive Pages Because Of Employment Details Section (Doc ID 2674453.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is not able to perform hire transaction on Responsive pages(Add Pending Worker/Contingent Worker/Convert ).
They complete the required fields for all sections until Employment Details Section.
Here, customer can't continue, no matter if they click Continue or Submit, the action is not performed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer expects to be able to complete Hire transaction without any issue as they perform in Classic pages.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with an HR user
2. Navigate to My Client Group
3. Select Hire an Employee Quick Action
4. In the Hire page fill in the mandatory fields in each section until the Employment Details Section.
5. If they click Continue or Submit, the action is not performed

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Responsive pages for Hire flows.
