BHD And CTD Values Cannot Be Changed In Manage Marketing Supplier Details and Distribution Profile (Doc ID 2674490.1)

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
BHD and CTD values cannot be changed


Issue: when I go to Manage Marketing Supplier Details and Distribution Profiles I cannot change and save the values there.
Even if I change the CTD and BHD and I save, the values revert to the original ones.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The BHD host should be changed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to Manage Marketing Supplier Details and Distribution Profile
Edit Marketing Distribution Profile : E-Mail Profile
Change BHD to the same value as CTD
Save
Then change BHD to correct value
Save
The page refreshes to the old value
