When trying to Publish a Data View

Expected Result

The Data View should be able to be published without incident.

Actual Result

The following is returned when trying to Publish the Data View:

"ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of ADMUSER.AUDIT_DDL_TRIGGER_ADMUSER ORA-01031: insufficient privileges".
