ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When running the getCompleteBPRecord web service call in a 19.12.0.0 environment, the XML Response is missing information for the attachments that are linked to the specific record.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The getComplateBPRecord web service call should provide information for any attachments linked to the record.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the Soap UI Application and select the WSDL file
2. Select the web service call
3. Populate the endpoint URL and data into the XML
4. Execute the web service call
