Partial LPN units pick does not inherit lock code from IBLPN

Picks are done for both full LPNs and partial LPN units for sales orders. All IBLPNs in Reserve Inventory exist with a 'PICK' lock code. When executing Full LPN pick tasks with the RF-Text: Pack {oblpn} module, the OBLPN that is picked inherits the 'PICK' lock code. When executing partial LPN units pick tasks with the RF-Text: Pack NC Active {order}, the OBLPN that is picked does not inherit a lock code.  Client uses the RF Combine OBLPN, to consolidate OBLPNs into larger boxes to be shipped together. When trying to combine these two OBLPNs from the same order, the combine OBLPN screen does not allow this and throws the error message 'Lock code mismatch’.  This behavior is inconsistent across the different modes of allocation and picking.

(In other flows picking active inventory with pick cart, the inventory in the OBLPN would inherit the lock code from the active location.)

Steps To Reproduce
1.      Login WMS.
2.      Select facility/company.
3.      IB Shipment screen shipped item: ITEM1 into two lpns (one full lpn) one(units).
4.      RF receive lpns ....system parameter hard coded "default-lockcode = REC" where both lpns lock code = REC once received.
5.      Putaway to location once each lpn has been putaway and drop into location lock code- REC is removed and the ’PICK’ lock code is added.
6.      Order Header screen create ORDER1 for item: ITEM1 with order header lock code= PICK at order line detail for item -ITEM1 and lock code = PICK.
7.      Run Wave template, two task numbers created one for Full LPN=LPN1 and  one for units=LPN2.
8.      RF Execute Task1 for full LPN picks >>>> Enter the IBLPN to pick >>>>>> Press enter to reuse the IBLPN as the OBLPN >>>enter drop location(DROP1) >>> OBLPN LPN1 is in ‘Packed’ status and has a lock code of PICK that was inherited from the IBLPN.
9.      RF Execute Task2 for LPN units >>>> 1. Enter Task2>>>> Enter a blind OBLPN number >>>> Enter the BLINDLPN1 and quantity(2500) to pick > enter drop location(DROP1) >> OBLPN2 is in ‘Packed’ status with no lock code.
10.    RF Combine OBLPN to consolidate OBLPNs into larger outer boxes to be shipped together >>> Enter the full LPN pick OBLPN, LPN1, as the From OBLPN. Enter the LPN units pick OBLPN, BLINDLPN1, as the To OBLPN. Enter OBLPN Type as ‘LARGE.’                                                                 11.    System throws an error message ‘Lock code mismatch.
