How to create Windows 10 Edge shortcuts for HCM cloud ADFS Federation SSO environment (Doc ID 2674944.1)

Goal

As IE11 will be no longer supported, we plan to use the Microsoft Edge browser.
We plan to access the HCM cloud by creating a URL shortcut for the Edge browser from the Windows 10 desktop.

%windir%\explorer.exe microsoft-edge:https://[Your ADFS].aspx?[variable]=https://[POD URL]:[port]/oam/fed

However, in the case of Federation SSO environment URL, "Error 404--Not Found" occurs.

Please tell me the correct format.
