On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Proposed Worker Type Blank is blank from the custom role and we are able to see it from the seeded Human Resource Specialist role.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Proposed Worker Type should be populated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add PWK
2. Edit with custom HR
3. Proposed Worker Type Blank
