Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Notes section is blank when User is trying to view the notes in Talent review meeting when using a custom role

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Notes should be visible in Talent Review

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to My Client Groups > Talent Review > Select 'View Notes' option against a meeting
2. Notes section is blank
3. Navigate to My Team > Talent Review > Select 'View Notes' option against a meeting
