Converting pending worker to an employee, the compensation details are not displayed and are not available even in the element entries

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the converting pending worker to an employee to display the compensation details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transfer from ORC
2. Convert pending worker to employee
