Purpose
Oracle Social Network End of Life Announcement
Beginning with Fusion Applications Update 24C Oracle Social Network (OSN), which was previously accessible from many Fusion Applications, will no longer be available for use as it will be retired. There is no Oracle replacement for OSN.
The ability to perform an export of OSN conversations will only be available prior to the 24C update. Once the the 24C update is applied, there will no longer be an option to export the data.

Who is affected?
This will affect all customers using OSN with Fusion Applications, including Supply Chain, ERP, HCM, and Procurement.
