PDF Is Garbled On Preview When PDF contains Japanese Font Name (Doc ID 2675402.1)

Symptoms

When you preview the PDF file which contains Japanese font name, PDF Is Garbled.
It may happen when you exported PDF from Microsoft Office products.

You can check your PDF contains Japanese Font Name by the following step:

1.
Open PDF from Adobe Acrobat Reader.

2.
Select "File" -> "Properties" menu.

3.
Select "Fonts" tab.

4.
Check your PDF contains Japanese Name in used Font Name.
If Japanese is used in Font Name, preview will be garbled.
