Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Receipts

When attempting to save the Refund
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "FUSION.ARP_PROCESS_APPLICATION", line 8334 ORA-06512: at line 1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage Receipts Screen
2. Raise a Refund and try to save
3. Validate the Error details
