Not Able To Submit Sales Agreement Contract - The Price Book {PRICE_BOOK} Is Inactive Or Doesn't Apply To The Item On Line 1 (Doc ID 2675708.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Sales Agreement

Users are not able to Submit Sales Agreement Contracts. After filling in the details and adding the Price Item on the Contract Line, the below error message is received when the Contract is submitted.
Contract Type used is created for Agreement Class with Sell Intent and Pricing Integration set to "Oracle Fusion OM Cloud Pricing".

'The price book {PRICE_BOOK} is inactive or doesn't apply to the item on line 1.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Sales Agreement Contract with Pricing Strategy 
2. Fill in the details and add the Item on the Contract Line
3. Submit the Contract and right after clicking on Submit button, the error is displayed as a validation error
