Symptoms

On : Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Service,
Trying to send the BICS analysis results by email, an error is returned:

Oracle BI Scheduler Error:

[nQSError: 12017] Unexpected socket read timeout: connection terminated by network, e.g. by the firewall. [nQSError: 12008] Unable to connect to port 9705 on machine.
