Error In Vieweing Scanned Invoices In Webcenter Content Imaging (Doc ID 2675781.1)

In Oracle Fusion Payables, when a user unable the open the images from imaging serve.they are getting the following error:

A cache exception occurred. J2EE JOC-044 An exception is occurring in the method. CacheAccess.get Error transforming document J2EE JOC-043 base exception: There was an error launching the external transformation process: /tmp/cache7958831167185271459.pdf Error : 127 - Unknown transformation error with code: 127

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Web Center > Try to open the images

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open the images from the imaging server.
