ASN In Stuck For Receiving Status Versus Receiving Started

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Inbound Shipment is stuck in Locked for Receiving status. It should be in Receiving Started status to continue with processing.
The issue can be viewed by:
1. Go to IB Shipment screen in UI.
2. Search for ASN and notice the status.
