Symptoms
FCCS system decides whether to eliminate a particular ICP transaction based on the "Total data Source" intersection value.
It eliminates only when this value is not near ZERO and near ZERO is defined as the tiny fractional value which is equivalent to 0.0000 after rounding to 4 decimal places.
If any application with various domains and currencies, the default assumption of 4 decimal digits doesn't followed elimination value will be wrongly calculated.
