End-of-Life Notice for the following Oracle Primavera Cloud Modules:

• Field
• Contracts & Commitments
• Submittals

Date: June 1, 2020

Oracle is announcing the end-of-life of Oracle Primavera Field, Contracts & Commitments, and Submittals. Consequently, the corresponding Cloud Services (“Services”) associated with these modules will be retired on June 10th, 2020 and replaced with new Services, which exclude these specific modules.

Our strategic direction for Field, Contracts & Commitments and Submittals is Oracle Aconex.

No other Oracle Primavera Cloud modules are impacted.

The corresponding Services to be retired on June 10th, 2020, are:

Oracle Prime Projects Cloud Service (B87815)
Oracle Primavera Schedule Cloud Service (B90208)
Oracle Primavera Field Cloud Service (B90209)

After June 10th, 2020 and while under contract with the above Services, customers have the ability to:

Expand the number of subscriptions to the Services based on existing contract terms
Purchase add-on Services based on existing contract terms
If contract is up for renewal before June 30th, 2021, they can renew the subscription, and its retired Services, through June 30, 2021 (applicable only if current contract expires between June 11, 2020 and June 30, 2021)

After June 30, 2021, contracts in place that include retired Services will be honored through their end date but no additional renewals of the retired Services will be allowed. Customers can move to the new Services upon renewal.
