Goal

Based on System option (PUB_FULL_OBJECT_IND=Y) settings, RMS will publish *FulRep message (full xml) along with update (delta) message via RIB-RMS publisher adapters.

Why POFulRep type XML is not sent to 3rd part Applications which receives data by RIB-EXT Injector Service?
