Symptoms

On : N/A version, Process Payables Payments

When attempting to run PPRs, the following error occurs.

These are stuck in status: Stage - Payment file build, Status - Waiting for payment file processing


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run PPR
2. Check PPR status

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot release PPRs which are stuck.
