Email not sent to Approver
for some Purchase requisition email did not fire to approver.
Updated Issue Clarification
Requester Users are submitting requisitions for approval.
However, approvers are not receiving Approval Email Notifications.
Approval Users have to go to Bell or Worklist to approve.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Requester Creates PR
2. PR Submitted
3. Approver to Receive Email notification
4. Email Approval Notification not received
5. Bell and Worklist Notification received
