On Oracle Fusion Receivables, Trying to run REST API receivablesInvoices in POST mode is getting this error:

Steps to Reproduce the issue:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run REST API receivablesInvoices from any REST tool
  2. Reviewed the output and observed the error described appear.
