Intermittent: Workflow Type Record That Has Reached the End Step Does Not Show the End Step Under Workflow Progress (Doc ID 2677189.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 19.12.2

For any Workflow type Business Process record that has reached the End Step:

Expected Result

The End Step should always be seen under the Workflow Progress tab.

Actual Result

On some records the End Step is seen and on others it is not. In both cases the Workflow Graphic does show the record at the End Step.
