Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Manage Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Reference Revision is stuck in Draft status. The order is already closed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
There is should be no other Revision stuck in Draft or in error for closed and cancelled lines.

STEPS
---------
1. Order Created and submitted.
2. Created Revision multiple times, and one of the revision is in Draft but the latest Revision is having all the FLine are closed/cancelled.
