Fusion Core Pay: Custom Text Disappears on Personal Payment Method page (Doc ID 2677208.1)

Symptoms

 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Custom message disappears upon clicking cancel button while adding or modifying a new Personal Payment Method (PPM)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The personalized message should remain intact on the PPM page even after clicking cancel button

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Me>Pay>Payment method
2. Edit page in sandbox mode and add your custom message text with component type as "Text"
3. Add a new payment method and click cancel
4. Modify a payment method and click cancel
5. The personalized message text gets overridden in Steps 3 and 4
