On : 19.3 version, BI Core Functionality

When attempting to to run Web Report express view live data,


ERROR

Error: cost must be greater than zero
Parameter name: cost

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility; Oracle Warehouse on Clous
Navigation Path > Web Reports > select any report (ex. Demo) > click hamburger icon >
click New / ExpressView  > Fields scroll to Carrier > select
Code click arrow > Live Data is enabled click it, error
