Attribute Person ID required error in Benefits

Why the Error : 'Attribute PersonId is required' is showing up when employee tries to access Self-Service > Your Benefits?

Person has all details in place, yet many users are not able to access the same.

As a Benefit Specialist or super admin login, I am able to view the enrollments and details.
