Transactions Are Not Classifying with BETWEEN Operator Criteria (Doc ID 2677268.1)

Symptoms

The Classification process is not matching the transaction attribute to the correct rule so assigned the wrong Credit Category.

STEPS
1. Enable following attributes for classification rules
    a. ATTRIBUTE25 , operator BETWEEN
    b. ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER15 , operator BETWEEN
2. Setup Classification Rules :
    Navigator > Compensation Plan > Manage Classification Rules
         Class Hierarchy ( criteria : Incentive Compensation Business Unit = IC Demo BU )
                Level 1 Class Rule 1 ( criteria : ATTRIBUTE25 BETWEEN 181 and 99999 , Credit Category = CC1 )
                Level 1 Class Rule 2 ( criteria : ATTRIBUTE25 BETWEEN 0 and 180 , Credit Category = CC2 )
                       Level 2 Class Rule 2a ( criteria : ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER15 BETWEEN 0 and 15 , Credit Category = CC2A )
                       Level 2 Class Rule 2b ( criteria : ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER15 BETWEEN 16 and 180 , Credit Category = CC2B )
3. Run Deploy Classification Rules
4. Create transaction with following values :
         Trx Number   ATTRIBUTE25   ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER15
               TRX-5            9                        9
               TRX-6          11                       11
5. Run Crediting and Rollup ( depends on your system parameter settings )
6. Run Classify Credits
7. Review the transactions :
         Trx Number   ATTRIBUTE25   ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER15      Credit Category
               TRX-5            9                       9                                      CC1 <<< expecting to be CC2A
               TRX-6          11                      11                                     CC2A
