Symptoms

On : Unifier Mobile / iOS App 20.4

When processing a Business Process (BP) record using the iOS app, the error below occurs sending record to next step.  This issue does not occur in the normal Unifier application.

Unable to create Business Process record. Error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier using iOS App
  2. Open Workspaces > Desired Shell > Problem BP > Problem BP record
  3. Attempt to send record to next step.
