Symptoms

Planning data load through outline load utlity fails with error: "com.hyperion.planning.ObjectIsLockedException: The object [Dimension Name] is locked by another user"

 

Changes

Multiple data import jobs are kicked off via EPM Automate utility to load same dimension data parallelly into planning cloud application.
