Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Journals and Intercompany

When attempting to create Code combination through spreadsheet
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error>The account {ACCOUNT_VALUE} doesnt allow posting


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for the task->Manage Account Combinations
3. Enter the Chart of Accounts and click on search.
4. Click on create in spreadsheet, enter the data and click on submit.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create combination.
